For me, Healthy Recipes are those which do not include Refined Grains (White Rice, All Purpose Flour) and Processed Foods (Bread, Cookies, Instant Noodles). Even better if you can stay away from sugar and avoid all grains, even whole grains (brown rice, wheat kernels, oats, whole wheat flour) and pseudo cereals like Quinoa. I don’t believe in the standard Low-Fat diet. For me, “full fat” makes more sense, be it Dairy, Coconut Milk or any other food. I also try to buy Organic Dairy, Meat and Vegetables whenever possible.
Here are some healthy recipes which will be useful when you are on a Diet and want to lose a few pounds. Losing weight is not an easy task and requires will power and determination. You need to train your mind and body to withstand temptation. You need to start somewhere. Why not make certain changes to your eating habits like incorporating Whole Grains, eating more fruits and vegetables, reducing starchy and greasy food, avoiding processed foods like Bread, portion control and so on. Once you are used to your new diet, you can improve it further by limiting all grains and sugar.
