This is an easy to make Healthy Salad which can be eaten alone or with Biriyani, Fish Fry etc.
Ingredients
- Onion – 1
- Small Green Cucumber – 2
- Green Chillies – 2
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice/Vinegar – 1 tsp
Preparation Method
- Wash cucumber and peel off the skin. Slice it into thin round pieces.
- Chop onions into thin long slices.
- Slit the chillies into long pieces.
- Mix cucumber, onion and green chilly along with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle lemon juice.
Suggestion
You can add 1 tsp of Olive Oil to make it less spicy.
