Wishing all of you a very Happy Christmas!!!
Christmas is around the corner and I am missing my parents, my home and God’s Own Country – Kerala. Christmas used to be a family reunion time and it was always filled with good memories. We spent our Christmas Holidays writing Greeting Cards, making Cribs, decorating the house with lights, hanging glowing Stars outside the house and attending the Christmas Midnight Mass.
Now that Advent Season is here, let us not forget to prepare spiritually for the birth of Jesus along with all the celebrations of the holiday season.
Most of us would be busy planning for the Perfect Christmas Party for family and friends. Well, here is a Christmas Party Menu complied from my collection of recipes. A major portion of the menu consists of recipes from Kerala Cuisine. Hope it will be useful for deciding on your HomeMade Christmas Menu. 🙂
Once again, I wish all my readers a Merry Christmas!!!

Hi, I came to your website for some Christmas recipes and saw that you have an extensive list of recipes which is remarkable.
I noticed your photos and want to suggest that click photos without the flash, that way the bright light on the plate will be avoided.
In case there isn’t enough light indoor, keep the plate near the window and take photos from different angles.
Do not mind comments, this are just to make your website better than it is.
Regards,
Swagata

I have to tell you I have just spent a year in Kerala, and I love it there. Am back in SA till next year and planning on going back for work. I have so missed their food and my treats, my curries and chicken fry, but you are a shining start for having all of these for me to try make. I know I may battle to get some of the ingredients but at least I can get 99% of it. Thank you for the easy recipes and explaining them so super well. I have friends coming for Xmas day from Kochi and I am going to surprise them. Here is to hoping it all works as planned and tasts just like home. Thank you love the site.

Hey,
I usually set a traditional English Christmas meal for my family as we are settled in the UK but this year thought of doing a Kerala Christmas meal just as how my mum used to make me back home. Found a lot of recipes I’m looking for in this website and has made it easy for me to set up the Christmas Menu. Many Thanks and Hope you all have a blessed Christmas!
