Thank you so much for the wonderful recipes that you have posted here!! I’ve been always wanting to try out Mallu cooking but thought it was quite challenging – you’ve made it all so simple and the dishes taste fab. Thanks a lot.

Dear Jisha,
This is a great website and has been a huge help for me learning how to cook dishes for my soon-to-be-husband who is originally from Kerala. He misses home very much and learning to cook some of his favorite foods has helped to reduce some of his home-sickness. Thank you so much for sharing.
Much love,
Mrs. Theresa Praveen

I love your recipe site! When I cook, I have the laptop right next to me to follow your recipes. My husband and kids adore your recipes!
Love the beans mezherkappti, sambar, and chicken curries. It’s hard to find authentic Kerala recipes like Mom used to make online, especially with pictures!
Keep the recipes coming. My only request is that I have been looking for a chicken biriyani recipe. Please post if you have one- would love to try it!
Thanks,
Deepti,NY-Floral Park

Hi,….
I live in Australia but I’m a Srilankan who really likes Kerala food, mainly because its quite similar to Srilankan food. I have tried many of your recipes and especially like the seafood recipes. Will you be able to do a post on different kind of fish used in kerala recipes ( saltwater and freshwater).
Because the other day I saw frozen fish from the backwaters of kerala in an indian shop. I was confused by the names…I have never tried freshwater fish before …. I googled and found that one of them is karimeen …aka..pearlspot
Thanks.

Hi Jisha!
My favorite Indian vegetarian dish is also paneer butter masala so I wanted to make it for a “cheesy” cooking competition we had at my work. It turned out completely delicious, just like I’ve had in India, and I won first place! Thanks so much, I look forward to making many more recipes from your website in the future!
