My morning breakfast consisted of a simple sweetened Ginger Tea and some Sandwich made using Toasted Whole Wheat Bread and a chutney dip made using Roasted Split Chana Dal.
I decided to have 2 slices of Wheat Bread (60 cals/slice) along with 1 tbsp of Dalia Chutney which I had in my refrigerator. No more sandwich relishes, mayonnaise, cheese or plain butter 🙂
I plan to bring down the level of my sugar intake gradually but as of now, it’s impossible for me to have unsweetened tea or coffee. I need to reduce my caffeine intake but it will take time. My husband is still having normal food, so I need to cook something different for him specially for lunch and dinner 🙂
