Here is a simple Raitha made using Onions, Tomatoes and Green Chillies. This goes very well with Biriyani.
Ingredients
- Finely Chopped Onions – 1 small
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1 small
- Minced Green Chillies – 2
- Curd – 3 cups
- Salt – to taste
Preparation Method
- Beat the curd nicely. You can add little water to obtain the desired consistency for Raitha.
- Add the diced onions, tomatoes an green chillies to the beaten curd.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve the Raitha with Biriyani.
